Cancellation Policy
To confirm your booking we need to receive 100% of the total amount.
Full refund: You will receive 100% of the deposit if you cancel before 30 days prior to arrival date.
Partial refund: You will get refund of 50% of the deposit if you cancel before 15 days pre-arrival.
The deposit is non-refundable from 15 days prior to the arrival date, including no show on the day of check-in.
There will be no refunds for early departures, medical emergencies, for breakdowns of air conditioner, appliances, etc, if said breakdown is due to weather or other conditions over which the owner has no control.
Please note:
- Cancellation fee worth 20% of the booking value shall be levied for all refunds processed by Casa de Alnena. This is primarily applicable to cover platform charges, convenience fee and processing charges.
- Standard cancellation policy will not be applicable for peak dates.
- All Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
- In case of any cancellation, the GST of 18% on the advance will have to be retained as it is to be paid by us to the authorities by the 5th of the next month.
- Refunds only through bank transfer.
- Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
- Credit/debit card/ online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
- The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
- Credit/debit card/ or any online cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
- Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy.
For Groups / Special Celebration Dates (Any festival stays, Month of November, December & January & Short & Long weekends)
- 50% if cancelled thirty days in advance.
- 100% if cancelled within 30 days in advance or later.
- Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
- Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy.
Confirmation/cancellation policy for weddings and large celebrations
- 50% of the total billing has to be made at the time of the confirmation of the booking.
- 100% of the total billing has to be made 30, 60 or 90 days prior to event.
- If not complied to the above, the booking can be cancelled.
- Full clearance of bill Extras at check-out.
In case of any cancellation for weddings and large celebrations:
- Total advance paid will be retained if cancelled anytime between 3 months and 1 month prior to the date.
- 100% retention to be charged if cancelled 1 month prior to the date of event.
Rescheduling Policy
By Guest:
- A rescheduling request can be raised up to 14 days prior to the check-in date.
- Any difference in price will have to be borne by the guest.
- A rescheduling request cannot be raised for peak dates.
By Casa de Alnena:
Casa de Alnena reserves the right to cancel a booking. In such a case, guests are eligible for any one of the following options:
- Casa de Alnena shall offer a Credit Note (valid for 6 months from date of issuance) for the entire booking value.
- A full refund for the total amount paid.
Any other Policy
- Standard check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.
- GST is applicable on cancellation fee.
- All refunds issued exempt accommodation fee and cleaning fee.
- In case of early check-ins and extended departures, an additional fee may be charged depending on Casa de Alnena’s discretion and availability of the home.
- Bookings made via third-party sites, such as Airbnb, Booking.com or GoMMT or any OTA Sites, may be subject to the respective channel’s cancellation terms. Please check the Cancellation Policy of the site where the booking was originally made.
